Dawning of The New Day

I named my new website Dawning of The New Day because my precious mama named me Dawn because I was born in her words, “Dawning of the New Day." Dawn means Morning Light and I reflect my name because I am an early riser and my Faithful Mama would remind me to shine Jesus’s Light. She would sign every card and letter to shine Jesus’s Light. 

My favorite spot to be is somewhere in the mountains and watch the sunrise. It is God’s glorious Masterpiece of all my favorite colors shining above the mountain peaks. 

I don’t even need coffee in the mornings. I wake up and have my quiet time and usually am inspired to write. Looking back I’m an early riser because my daddy was. He worked very hard at US Steel, Community Center, and Directing traffic at my High School. All jobs required him to wake up early. I didn’t get to see my daddy as much as my Mama so I would wake up early just so I could talk to him. And from there I became an early riser. 

All throughout the Bible the word Dawn is mentioned to remind us of new beginnings and hope.
