I can’t believe my baby is 19! It’s a tradition in our home to surprise the kids with their birthday cake and theme. This year, I transformed our dining room into a Winter Wonderland.

The best part? I had chosen the theme before I even knew she had bought her adorable dress for New Year’s Eve and college events. When she showed me the dress, I said, "You have to wear it for your birthday!"

Everything came together beautifully. The tablecloth had a powdery blue background with white fallen snowflakes, snow-dusted trees, and edging adorned with assorted winter trees and families of deer.

The frosted pine wreath chargers, intricate icy-blue plates, and coordinating fawn napkins with pearl and silver snowflake napkin rings created delightful place settings.

The clear, twinkling balloons were Lilly’s playful snowballs. Her delicious glittery snowflake fawn cookie cake was the highlight of her dreamy table, sitting elegantly on a vintage cake stand.

The most heartwarming part of the night is when Lilly’s boyfriend looked at me and said “Lilly looks like Frozen.”  I told him on her 9th birthday, she had a Frozen Birthday. The same excitement and laughter she had at nine is the same excitement and laughter she had tonight. It’s the little traditions we create that become the biggest memories.

Lilly Grace had a birthday celebration filled with magical enchantment and love.
